Visit your Dealer’s website and navigate to the Crystal Care Premium Warranty page. You will find all the necessary information on the warranty and which products it covers there.

How do I submit a claim?

Please contact your dealer to make a warranty claim. To simplify this process, please have your Sales Order information ready.

What information will I need to file a claim?

To expedite the claim process, please have the name of your Dealer and/or Installer, and provide your name, address, and Sales Order number.

Is the Crystal Care Premium Warranty transferable?

Yes, transferability is included with the Crystal Care Premium Warranty for eligible products.

Does the Crystal Care Premium Warranty cover glass breakage?

Yes, both accidental and hurricane glass breakage are covered by the Crystal Care Premium Warranty for eligible products.
